Inside, a Swiss made self-winding HUB1401 movement is breathing life into all those functions the watch assures. The crown at 4 o’clock is responsible for the winding and setting. Consisting of 180 individual parts, including 23 jewels, the movement features polished bridges and black PVD-treated screws and gets a Glucydur hairspring. Then mechanism enables the watch to supply a power reserve of 42 hours. The face of the watch demonstrates hours, minutes, seconds and a date display at 3 o’clock.

Further completing the whole style is a black rubber civilian “Town” strap. Another option will be a more hard-core “Diver” strap featuring a blend of rubber and nylon.

However, for Hublot fans who are not that wealthy enough to afford the true luxury, it would be a heart-breaking thing to see those stunning timepieces coming out one by one and they just can’t have any of them.
